Director & Principal Process Engineer
Tsion Behar is a seasoned chemical process engineering professional with over 34 years of expertise spanning oil & gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, fine chemicals, power generation and energy sectors. Renowned for driving the successful design, construction, and delivery of multi-million-dollar batch and continuous chemical manufacturing and processing plants, Tsion combines technical precision with a steadfast commitment to safety and industry standards.
Tsion's expertise includes natural gas, LPG, syngas, ammonia, hydrogen and CO2, encompassing separation, purification, compression and liquefaction, with projects spanning from concept and FEED to detailed design, while ensuring safety in design through the development of robust safety and relief systems in accordance with ASME, API, and AS/NZS standards. His consultancy experience extends to top-tier organizations in New Zealand and Australia, where his strategic guidance has optimized plant efficiency, reduced operational costs, and enhanced compliance.
Tsion's academic foundation includes a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of West London. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).

Co-Director, Project & Procurement Management
With a strong background in business consultancy, academic leadership, and strategic advisory, she currently leads project and procurement management at EPD Global.
Her career includes managing business academic programs and lecturing in project management and business development. She has also delivered consultancy and project management services to government agencies and private sector entities.
Yifat brings a wealth of expertise to EPD Global, delivering effective project execution, procurement strategies, and business solutions that drive operational success. Yifat holds a B.A. and M.A. from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.
